Delivered by experienced mental health nurses, the session explores how both helpful stress (eustress) and harmful stress (distress) affect wellbeing, performance, and resilience.  We focus on recognising early signs of stress and responding with self-care and supportive conversations. Participants gain realistic, sustainable strategies to manage pressure and prevent overwhelm—both for themselves and those around them. Whether you're feeling stretched or supporting others, this session helps you act with insight, clarity, and compassion.  Stress isn’t something we can avoid—it’s something to understand and manage.
