MINDWELL Companion Great for individuals, perfect for organisations.

In 2022, we were very proud to launch our MINDWELL app, as a tool to host, promote and support mental wellbeing opportunities in the workplace in a variety of engaging ways.

We believe, the MINDWELL app is the perfect addition to the variety of training, guidance and support services we offer, to promote positive mental wellbeing and make useful resources easily accessible to all. MINDWELL provides a single comprehensive resource for employee wellbeing, where employers can tailor, add to and adapt the content of the app to best suit their needs.

This tool has been developed by Mindmaps Wellbeing to ensure that anyone can access suitable and appropriate resources for self-care and supporting others with their mental wellbeing. It contains a variety of resources, including relaxation and mindfulness sessions, calming music, self-help resources, additional learning opportunities through video sessions and podcasts, to name but a few of the useful aspects we have incorporated into this one place.
MINDWELL is available on a monthly rolling membership at £10 per month with your first month available as a free trial.

Feedback we have received from our training programmes and the MINDWELL app, have shown us that these have had a significant influence on the general culture around mental wellbeing in the workplaces where they have been promoted and incorporated into the wellbeing strategy, including testimonials stating that this training resource has saved lives in the workplace, when people have been in crisis and didn't’t know where to turn for help.

Whilst developing the MINDWELL app, we consulted with a variety of stakeholders. Our beta version was shared with employees, HR leads, small and interactivity of the app, website and content from the initial concept design, we used feedback gathered during a beta phase, to further develop the layout, functionality and clarity of our content and to ensure it was accessible to all, including an accessibility tool on our website, to allow this too. The app is accessible on any device, through a dedicated learning management system, which is easy to find and business owners, people who attended courses with us and a number of local charitable organisations, to share with people accessing those support options. The feedback we received highlighted the many potential benefits that could be gained from using MINDWELL. Whilst accessibility was a key factor in the design log into.

It is easy to navigate and adapt to individual user preferences and the search function makes finding useful sources of information very practical, avoiding the need for internet searching. There is a significant and continually developing, national directory resource, where known and verified sources of information can be accessed, from one place. All of these have been selected by our team of employees and collaborators with lived experience, and our registered mental health professionals, drawing on their collective knowledge base to create a comprehensive directory of resources.

Feedback from some MINDWELL users.
“Simply such a fantastic hub, I believe every workplace should have one. You can count us in for an Organisational hub when it goes fully live.”
“Wow! I love this hub, what a remarkable idea. It has already been helpful to me, I look forward to the guided mindfulness coming soon. Can I show it to my boss yet?”
“Great concept, I really like the idea of the hub starting small and growing week on week with new content. With what you have told me is coming in content, it would be overwhelming to have everything in one go. I look forward to my ping every week to see what lands next.”
"Whenever I'm using a BETA version of anything I'm normally one to give the negatives, but I'm struggling here. It's well laid out, easy to use and provides so many options in one place for self-care, mental health & wellbeing learning and loads of useful resources. You've got something really good here."
“This should be a no-brain-er for any organisation, to include as part of their mental wellbeing programme”
