Online Skills for Effective Mental Wellbeing Conversations  

This is a course designed to support change in workplace culture by creating a proactive approach to mental health. How do you approach a mental wellbeing conversation? What tools are useful to support wellbeing in the workplace? Delegates will discover the answers to those questions while gaining an understanding of mental health. We developed this course for a client who was looking to implement real change in the work environment, to encourage the team to hold regular mental wellbeing conversations as they understood the benefits to the both the workforce and the business. Alongside the MHFAiders we also trained they are now seeing a real difference with how mental health is being viewed across the company, and feel its a contributing factor to the culture shift in their workplace.
