Wellbeing at Work  12-month programme  

This is an in-depth 12-month programme for mental wellbeing at work You will have a dedicated course tutor to support you through the course. 
Upon completion, you will; 
Be a Certified Mental health first-aider for both Adult & Youth 
Stress management 
Self-care 
Learn skills for effective wellbeing conversations 
Mental health action plan 
Gain an understanding of the most common mental health issue, and how to spot the signs and symptoms of poor mental health 
How to create a positive culture 
A comprehensive tool kit & resources to support yourself and those around you 
Delivered through the Mindmaps Wellbeing Hub (Lifetime access to Mindmaps Wellbeing Hub) 
 
The course includes live instructor led training sessions, alongside individual learning and guided reading, completed at the learners own pace. 
Instructors are Registered Mental Health Nurses or Clinicians with 20+ years’ experience, as well as their own lived experiences, with a wealth of knowledge bringing the content to life. Their individual learning modules can be completed at their own pace. 
 
Groups of 6 - 16 delegates for closed groups. Individuals can join a public cohort during the following months Feb, May, Aug and Nov each year.

End point assessment  
Bring the portfolio together, with assessments to demonstrate learning and understanding. One to one sessions will be booked with your course tutor to complete the course and receive your final certiciate for Wellbeing at Work.
