Course outcome.
This is a two-day course designed to help you and your team thrive in a challenging work environment. On the first day, you will learn about the principles and practices of wellbeing, and how to apply them to yourself and others. You will also discover some effective tools and strategies to cope with stress, manage emotions, and foster positive relationships. On the second day, you will have a chance to practice what you have learned in various scenarios and exercises. You will also receive feedback and guidance from the facilitators and your peers. By the end of the workshop, you will have a better understanding of your own wellbeing needs and how to support your team members in theirs.
